The following terms and conditions govern the use of our Online Store provided on our website. Please read these terms carefully before using our online payment facility. We may amend the terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. All amended terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the website and any subsequent use of our Online Store shall be governed by such amended terms. By using our payment facility, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our online payment facility is available to residents from all over the world; however, all transactions shall be processed in American dollars only. All online payments are made by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card). If you need to pay by check or money order, please call our toll-free number to place your order (866-604-7322).
Your payment may take up to 2 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment (this includes time to verify your credit/debit card details with your credit/debit card supplier and for payment to be notified to World of the Bible Ministries (WBM). We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that requests for electronic debits and credit cards are processed in a timely manner. However, a number of factors, several of which are outside our control, will contribute to when the funds are received.
We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to inaccurate card details or insufficient funds). If the supplier declines payment, WBM is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their bank or credit card supplier to insure that payment has been deducted from their account.
You will receive an electronic receipt on your screen after you have made your purchase. You should print this confirmation out on your printer, and keep it for future verification of your purchase if needed.
WBM works with a leading online credit card-processing organization to ensure that your personal information is maintained as securely as possible. Bear in mind however, that 100-percent, risk-free participation in online purchases is impossible to ensure. WBM and/or Lynk Systems.com cannot be responsible for information stolen from our system or the systems of vendors that provide goods and services to WBM, or becomes infected by viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious intent. Purchased software should be scanned for viruses prior to use, and is maintained by the manufacturer's warranty.
It is your responsibility to promptly notify your bank of any changes to your billing information or loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your credit card number. You are responsible for updating your registration information and your credit card information, as applicable.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, WBM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
WBM cannot guarantee product availability and products, and some items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

WBM is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time frames. Shipping time frames begin once the order has been processed.
You may return any product purchased from WBM for a full refund (excluding shipping) within a 30-day period. All product returns must be in new condition and be 100% complete, contain all original boxes, plastic bags, wraps and packing materials. WBM reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the date of sale; however, if the product is accepted after 30 days from date of sale, credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
You may only return items to WBM if they were purchased from WBM's online store. Books or other items purchased from another site or location cannot be refunded by WBM. You should return your item to the place where you originally purchased it.
If your product is deemed defective, or the fault of WBM, WBM will pay all shipping charges on replacement and/or exchange items. If no fault is found of WBM, then the customer pays for all return shipments.
